CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and customer service remains excellent.

The role focuses on supervising crew, supervising daily tasks, and promoting CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and a safe shopping environment. 40 hours weekly, full-time.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and support store presentations.
