CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while building customer loyalty. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and executing displays. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts are required.

Formación

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock, display, and inventory housekeeping; reset departments according to planograms.
