Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a smooth shift and exceptional guest experience. You will work with management to control costs, meet sales targets, and maintain health and safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of related food service leadership (or 2 years in other roles), a High School diploma, and a Food Manager Certification (ServSafe). Flexible full-time schedule and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service management preferred, or 2 years of experience in other food service.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH & BOH operations to ensure a smooth shift.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring FOH staff.
• Train and develop FOH staff, ensuring they meet customer service standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
• Manage deposits and cash handling from shifts.
• Support management in achieving sales goals and controlled costs.
