Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure Brand standards and guest service during the shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals, supervise shift activities, handle cash, and ensure food safety and quality across all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, deposits.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to execute brand standards and deliver guest service.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure brand standards in shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Delegate tasks and manage shift deployment.
