Jersey Mike’s Glastonbury is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our location. You will coach staff, ensure high‑quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to every guest.

The role involves cash handling, following training programs, developing others, enforcing policies, and contributing to local marketing initiatives. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.

Responsibilities

• Coaches staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produces high quality food.
• Delivers the Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Handles cash and supports opening/closing duties.
• Follows the Training Program and enforces policies.
• Develops others for career growth.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Leads a crew of 2–5 people.
• Proficient in slicing and food prep.
