Jersey Mike's Gloucester is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in running the location and ensuring a top-quality Jersey Mike’s experience for every guest. You will coach staff, help produce high-quality food, and ensure fast, friendly service with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, and can commit to 38–40 hours per week. You must be certified in all four positions and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
