Job summary

Jersey Mike's Dickson City is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and uphold cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership of a small crew (2–5), responsibility for opening/closing tasks, and a strong focus on customer service with a sense of urgency and pride in appearance.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serv Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food and maintain Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Lead by example in quality, service, and appearance.
• Manage a crew of 2–5 people and ensure cleanliness.
