Job summary

Burger King Fargo is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the restaurant during assigned shifts, driving profitability and guest satisfaction under the supervision of the RGM and AM. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, managing team members, and ensuring brand standards are met.

You will supervise shift plans, direct food preparation and service, and coach staff to improve performance while handling cash control, inventory, and daily operations to support strong store

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
