Qualifications

• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Leads and ensures team members carry out assigned tasks and shift duties.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties on shift checklists.
• Ensures proper cash handling and POS practices during shifts.
