Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Team Members during shifts, coaching and developing staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure compliance with company policies and maintain quality and efficiency in fast-paced service.

Responsibilities include coaching, cash handling, POS operations and opening/closing duties, with emphasis on safety and teamwork to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members on shift to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Enforce safety and security policies and shift safety checks.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and POS closeout processes.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and paperwork accuracy.
