Job summary

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Team Members during shifts and provide coaching to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will enforce company policies and support daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires leading by example, ensuring timely attendance, and upholding food safety and cash handling procedures while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service on shift.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Oversee team members and assign tasks during shift.
• Assist with training and coaching of team members.
• Follow safety and security policies at all times.
• Manage opening/closing duties and POS closeout.
• Handle cash and inventory records accurately.
