Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leadership with daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties as described.

The role emphasizes customer service quality, staff development, cost control, policy compliance, and proactive participation in meetings and training to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience or education demonstrating commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills and open-door policy.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities with process-improvement mindset.
