Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

Oversee opening and closing procedures, coordinate crew tasks, conduct inventory checks, and manage deliveries.
Ensure service speed and cleanliness align with company standards and health codes.
Allocate shifts and breaks, adjust staffing based on sales, and monitor food production.
Train staff on new products and procedures, and support operational compliance during shifts.
Handle cash registers, deposits, catering orders, and secure company funds.
