Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive KPI performance, support merchandising, cash handling, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You will also promote the store’s membership program, resolve customer concerns professionally, and escalate issues when needed, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive shopping experience for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close the store and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Promote the membership program to foster loyalty.
• Ensure loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately on POS.
• Participate in promotions and events.
