Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Proven leadership and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement on sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask effectively and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Show basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
