Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Travel between locations required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and values in every aspect of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, customer service, merchandising and SOP adherence.
• Promote and drive the store's membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee operations and performance; develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and feedback.
