Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role helps achieve KPIs, uphold store standards, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, participate in opening and closing routines, process transactions using POS, and assist with shipments and visual updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs while exceeding customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to policies to prevent loss.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and participate in promotions and events.
