Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support store KPI achievement, merchandising, cash handling, and customer engagement while promoting the store’s membership program and ensuring a positive, energetic atmosphere for both team and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Escalate customer issues to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
