Job summary

Minis is seeking a Shift Leader in Irvine, CA to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role promotes MINISO USA’s membership program and drives KPIs through engagement on the sales floor and at the register.

You will help manage replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep while maintaining a safe, clean environment and promoting a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist with training and development of sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
