Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in California to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipment processing while promoting the store membership program.

The role emphasizes leading by example, driving sales, and maintaining a positive, energetic store environment that aligns with the MINISO USA customer commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail setting.
• Experience training and supervising sales staff.
• Basic knowledge of store operations and POS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual updates.
• Open/close procedures and ensure store safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and events to meet business objectives.
