Job summary

MINISO USA in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and follow company policies to prevent loss.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support objectives.
