Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring readiness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
