Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, directing the team, handling banking and shipments, and maintaining store standards while building genuine customer connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience as a Key Holder.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors and product knowledge in-store.
• Set daily or shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening and closing routines including banking and shipments.
• Build connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.

Education

High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience
