Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will be the front line of our field leadership, blending retail know-how with brand ambassadorship to connect with customers daily.

You will lead by example in selling, coaching, and delivering excellent customer experiences while ensuring product knowledge, policy adherence, and a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and disseminate directives.
