Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store and operational leadership. You will act as a leader on the floor, coaching associates, delivering excellent customer experiences, and upholding brand standards.

You will direct daily tasks, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure safety and compliance while fostering a customer-first selling culture. This role offers growth and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Available to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adhere to standards.
• Uphold company values and procedures.
