Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Little Rock, AR to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPI results, manage cash handling, merchandising, and participate in promotions to boost sales and loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and experience with POS systems. Some travel between locations may be needed, and a high school diploma is preferred.
