MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager in Little Rock, AR to lead a high-energy team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, sales performance, labor, inventory, and store standards while promoting the store’s membership program to drive loyalty and growth.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, coach staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain engaging visual displays that align with brand guidelines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores.

Mansioni

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager and sales staff.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Ensure store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Drive membership program sign-ups and customer loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store expenses to boost profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; supervise cash handling.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance.
• Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and standards.
