Job summary

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and station expectations, ensuring quality products.
• Maintains product holding times and accurate portioning.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and responsive customer service.
• Manages costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance using company systems.
