Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station, maintains product quality, accuracy, and proper portioning.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback, maintains standards for MCE readiness, food/labor costs, and cleanliness.
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within company guidelines and using the FOCUS System, and assists in cash management and inventory control.
