Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following all preparation procedures.
• Maintains product holding times and responds to customer needs to minimize complaints.
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within company guidelines and using the FOCUS System for operations.
• Executes cash management duties and assists in inventory control to minimize loss.
