Job summary

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Wichita seeks a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant during each shift, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness for guests. The role may operate independently from time to time with or without on-site management, planning each shift, monitoring performance, and communicating with the next leader to prepare them to run a great shift.

You will help manage safety, security, profitability, and uphold Hawaiian Bros standards while delivering legendary guest

Maintains cleanliness and organization across the restaurant.
Owns opening, mid, or close routines for the next shift.

Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant during a shift without supervision.
Delegate responsibilities to team and ensure they are exceeding guest expectations.
Ensure all products are stocked and stored properly.
Become a subject matter expert in each area of the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Ensure proper setup and breakdown of dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
Owns opening, mid and closing routines for the next shift.
Ensure food meets safety standards and is of high quality.
Embody Hawaiian Bros culture and provide legendary guest service.
