Auntie Anne’s in Canton, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top quality pretzels, and maintain guest satisfaction on each shift. You’ll supervise team members, manage safety, and keep the store running smoothly when leadership isn’t available.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership with a focus on training, coaching, and maintaining clean, welcoming service. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first‑line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus.
