Auntie Anne’s in Norridge, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the roll during your shift, uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.

You’ll motivate and coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and escalate issues to store leadership as needed. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities available.

This role supports the store’s mission of joyful guest experiences through freshly baked pretzels and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
