Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Strongsville is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift, uphold product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach and motivate team members, handle challenges confidently, and know when to elevate issues to store leadership, all while maintaining a warm, fast-paced pretzel shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience recommended.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days) is a plus.

Responsibilities
