Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks and training
• Use huddle board to position the team and ensure policies and safety procedures
• Ensure security procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate
• Open/close shift responsibilities and transition tasks
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues
• Manage line organization and delegation of duties
• Uphold product quality standards and work the line as needed
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and upselling
• Execute all food safety requirements and monitor costs and waste
