Responsibilities

• Provide a quality product and guest service that delivers total guest satisfaction.
• Establish an environment of trust and open communication across the organization.
• Plan, organize and implement daily operations and complete required paperwork.
• Open and close duties as directed by management.
• Support the goals and directives of the Restaurant Management.
• Follow POS and cash handling procedures.
