Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality guest service and supports guest satisfaction.
• Establishes trust and effective two-way communication across the team.
• Plans and implements daily routines and completes required administrative duties.
• Supervises opening/closing duties as directed by Management.
• Supports goals and directives of Restaurant Management.
• Follows POS procedures and cash handling protocols.
• Resolves guest questions, complaints, and problems promptly with management involvement.
• Delegates shift tasks and drives performance through the team.
