Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in walk‑in coolers and freezers.
• Vision to see distant/close/colored details.
• Ability to operate a computer and/or Cash register.
• Willing to cross-train on various positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the General Manager and support the Management Team.
• Support sales and profit goals while minimizing controllable costs.
• Direct and supervise shift activities to ensure service excellence.
• Close and/or open duties as directed by Restaurant Management.
• Follow POS procedures and cash handling rules.
• Resolve guest questions and complaints promptly with management involvement.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and drive results.
