Carl’s Jr. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and lead daily operations. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maximize sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and stoop.
• Comfortable working occasionally in walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, peripheral as well as the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to operate a computer and/or Cash register.
• Must be able to work around heat and work in close quarters with others as well as handle various cleaning products.
• Willing to cross-train on various positions within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience delivering total guest satisfaction.
• Establishes an environment of trust and ensures open communication across the organization.
• Plans, organizes and implements daily operational routines and paperwork.
• Able to supervise and perform opening/closing duties as directed by Management.
• Supports the goals and directives of Restaurant Management.
• Follows all POS procedures and cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest questions, complaints, and problems promptly with management involvement.
• Delegate shift responsibilities and set high goals for team members.
