As a Shift Leader you’ll develop leadership skills by supporting the General Manager, supervising crew, and helping the store exceed customer expectations with consistency and energy.

• Crew deployment, drive-thru performance, goal setting and communicating results.
• Be a team player who can jump in wherever needed.
