Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Memphis, TN is seeking Shift Supervisors to master their craft and deliver a WOW experience for our guests. You will oversee an assigned shift, partner with shop leadership, and drive daily operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, plus 1 year supervising a team, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience.
1 year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
