Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring a Shift Leader to support the management team at our location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver an exceptional Jersey Mike’s customer experience.

The role requires 38-40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and adherence to safety and training standards, including Serve Safe certification. You will help open/close the store and lead a small crew.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
