Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and strong customer service. You will lead staff when no manager is present, ensure opening and closing procedures, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on tasks.
• Assist customers and resolve issues while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly/promo schedules.
