Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.

When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management and crews; communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle questions/complaints, and uphold CVS policies and confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per promotions.
