Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and outstanding customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead staff, oversee opening/closing, and ensure daily tasks are completed to maintain a reliable shopping experience for customers.

You will work a full-time, on-site schedule with 40 hours weekly. The typical pay range is $18.94–$27.94 per hour, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow up on all activities to maintain performance.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
