CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads the staff when managers are not present and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, and maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and stock in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess strong deductive and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring tasks are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve concerns to promote positive service.
