Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not onsite, you’ll lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed effectively.

You will supervise crew activities, handle customer inquiries, and manage merchandise presentation while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
