Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the store management team on assigned shifts, overseeing Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing activities per company policy.

You will help train and direct customer service representatives, promote the FiveStar experience, and ensure adherence to policies, inventory control, safety, and display standards, while educating staff across the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team on assigned shift with daily operations including Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing as directed by policy.
• Train and direct customer service representatives in duties as required by company policy.
• Promote FiveStar treatment by creating a friendly atmosphere and meeting customer needs.
• Educate store employees on policies and communications and ensure timely training.
• Support inventory control, equipment condition, safety and robbery prevention practices.
