Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Break Time Shift Leaders to assist in the management and operations of a Break Time convenience store. This role supports store finances, shift supervision, and paperwork, helping the team deliver fast, friendly service.

You will work with customers, handle daily operations, merchandising, and supervision, training new staff and ensuring food service and safety. The position requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work various shifts in

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service oriented person in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transport to bank.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and complete shift reports.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and encourage the store team to do the same.
• Assist day-to-day store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stocking.
• Supervise shifts in absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain timely communication with customers, vendors, and management.
• Help meet sales and controllable expense goals and participate in audits.
