Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Mesa, AZ location to lead store operations, drive outstanding customer service, and help achieve daily financial goals.

You will perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative when needed, supervise team members in the store, and assist the Store Manager in scheduling, cash handling, and training. English fluency is required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service within the store and building relationships with our customers so they will choose to do business with us again.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Coaching CSRs on how to properly conduct transactions that meet our commitment to superior customer service and compliance.
• Assisting the Store Manager with managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
